Iulia Manolache Orlatan
|Iulia Manolache-Orlatan obtained her degree at the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary medicine of Bucharest in 1994. She started her activity at the DDNI- Danube Delta National Research and Development Institute, Tulcea, Romania as junior researcher in the field of sustainable development,ecological restoration, pastures studies and botany.
In the period of 1995-2000 she covered the positions of Word Bank Danube Delta Biodiversity project administrator and DDNI Infocenter coordination. The main tasks were projects administration, reporting, procurement, international bidding and public awareness.
She also covered the position of the DDNI Head of International Projects & Programmes Office, being in charge with coordination of international cooperation and projects, information and assistance on funding opportunities.
Starting from 2003 she was involved in independent evaluation activity for FP VI Programme of European Commission, Human Resources & Mobility (Training & Conferences, International Marie-Curie Fellowships, Excellence actions).
She performed activity for the Court of Law in Genoa and covered administration position within a Commercial Company in Genoa till 2008.
In 2008 she joined IIT as senior employee in charge with Laboratories management administrative tasks.
