About

Mohammad is a postdoctoral researcher at Graphene Labs, Istituto Italiano di Technologia (IIT). He is currently working on Graphene and 2D materials as advanced electrodes for superacpacitors within the European Graphene Flagship. Mohammad received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and University of Tehran, respectively. He graduated with Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2016. He worked as a battery engineer for about 2 years in Nano and Advanced Materials Institute (NAMI), Hong Kong before joining IIT in 2018. His research interests mainly focused on development of electrode materials for rechargeable batteries and supercapacitors.
